Curried Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Roll each breast in flour.
  3. Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken.
  4. Remove and place in baking dish.
  5. Add the chopped onion and garlic to butter and cook until onion is golden.
  6. Add curry powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Add flour and chicken broth, whisking until smooth.
  8. Pour sauce over chicken, cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
  9. Before serving, add lime juice.
