Herbed Pork Recipe

  1. Puncture chops with tines of a fork at intervals of 1/4 inches.
  2. Rub well with cornstarch.
  3. Place Tamari, herbs, garlic and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  4. Marinate chops for at least 2 hrs (preferably overnight).
  5. Turn often.
  6. Place chops in a skillet with 3/4 c. water, cover and simmer very gently or possibly 45 min.
  7. Remove chops to platter.
  8. Add in water or possibly 1/4 c. white wine to make gravy of consistency desired.
  9. Heat and pour over chops.
