Bobby's Garlic Shrimp Recipe
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Warm red peppers
- 6 x Cloves garlic, sliced paper thin
- 24 lrg Shrimp, shelled and deveined Salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh thyme, finely minced Garlic chips
- How to Prepare:1.
- In a small saucepan heat the extra virgin olive oil, red peppers, and garlic chips over low heat till the garlic chips turn light brown.

- Remove the garlic chips and drain on paper towels.
- 3.
- Remove the oil and let sit for additional 30 min.
- 4.
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- 5.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper on both sides and place in a cazuela or possibly any ovenproof baking dish.
- 6.
- Add in the infused oil and bake for 8-10 min or possibly till the shrimp is cooked through.
- 7.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme and garlic chips.
