Meatloaf Florentine Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together grnd beef, onion, bread crumbs, green pepper, Large eggs, and lowfat milk.
  3. Roll meat mix out flat on a floured surface approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Wring excess water form spinach and sprinkle on top of meat.
  5. Add in layer of cheese.
  6. Add in layer of ham.
  7. Roll mix together like a jelly roll.
  8. Place in glass roasting pan with seam down.
  9. After one hour add in spaghetti sauce over top of meatloaf.
  10. Cook another 15 min.
