Baked Clams with Serrano Ham Spread

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a medium saute pan, saute ham, onion, and tomato.
  3. Add tomato sauce and mustard.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. In a food processor, puree ham mixture.
  6. Cover the clams with the ham spread and bake for 8 minutes.
