Not fried, fried chicken

  1. preheat oven to 450
  2. Cut chicken into cutlets
  3. combined spices and bread crumbs in a deep dish
  4. Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice in a separate bowl
  5. line baking sheet with foil then lightly coat with butter
  6. Dip chicken in oil/lemon juice then dip in the bread crumb mix coating both sides of chicken
  7. place on baking sheet and put in oven
  8. cook for me 15 minutes then flip chicken and return to oven for 8 minutes
  9. Take out of oven, put chicken on a plate and eat:)

chicken breasts, whole wheat bread crumbs, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, lemon, olive oil
