Not fried, fried chicken
- 2 large Bonless skinless Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- preheat oven to 450
- Cut chicken into cutlets
- combined spices and bread crumbs in a deep dish
- Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice in a separate bowl
- line baking sheet with foil then lightly coat with butter
- Dip chicken in oil/lemon juice then dip in the bread crumb mix coating both sides of chicken
- place on baking sheet and put in oven
- cook for me 15 minutes then flip chicken and return to oven for 8 minutes
- Take out of oven, put chicken on a plate and eat:)
