Salmon, Lemon and Caper Potato Salad

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water until just tender.
  2. Add sugar snaps to pan and cook until tender, drain.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Combine potatoes and peas with salmon and capsicum.
  5. Place in a serving bowl.
  6. Mix together dressing ingredients until combined.
  7. Drizzle over salad.
  8. NB.
  9. This salad may be served warm.
