Barley Puddin Recipe
- 1 bag barley (500 grams - 2 c.)
- 2 lt Lowfat milk (1/2 gal - 4 C.) Rasins (375 grams about 1 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- Cook barley, lowfat milk and raisins in slow cooker till done.
- Stir in rest.
- Serve warm or possibly cool for dessert or possibly breakfast.
