Blessed Endurance Granola Bars

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan .

  5. Combine all dry ingredients.
  6. (including the dry extras)

  8. In a small bowl, beat the egg.
  9. Pour in the oil, honey, and vanilla and stir.
  10. (including wet ingredients like mashed bananas, figs, or peanut butter)
  11. 4.
  12. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet.
  13. Stir well.
  14. 5.
  15. Dump into the greased baking pan, spreading evenly and pressing it in with your hands to pack it in and make it all stick together well.
  16. 6.
  17. Bake for about 22-25 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
  18. Let cool for a few minutes, but be sure to cut them before they cool completely because they harden as they cool.
  19. 7.
  20. Start making another batch right away because these wont last long!
