Country Beef and Vegetables

  1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Add soup, Worcestershire and vegetables.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Top with cheese.
