Crabmeat Casserole

  1. Combine butter, garlic, water and cheese in a double boiler and cook 10 minutes over hot water.
  2. Mix flour, mustard and vinegar; stir milk into this.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. When mixed, add slowly to cheese mixture and cook until quite thick.
  5. Put crabmeat in a buttered baking dish.
  6. Pour cheese sauce over it and top with bread crumbs.
  7. Top with tomato and bacon.
  8. Cover. Bake in a 400u0b0 oven for 35 minutes.
  9. Just before serving, uncover and brown bacon.
  10. Serves 4.
