Pumpkin Waffles

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Beat the eggs until frothy.
  3. Add the pumpkin and beat again.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  5. Add dry ingredients, milk and oil to egg mixture.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Bake waffles on waffle iron according to manufacturers instructions.
  8. I have a Belgian waffle maker that requires 1 cup of waffle batter per waffle.
  9. I cook each waffle for 4 minutes.
