Satay Meat Patties

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
  2. Shape into small sized patties.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  4. Cook meat patties over a medium heat for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve over steamed rice and vegetables with Satay Sauce.
