Pica Pica
- 12 whole Plum Tomatoes, Chopped Small
- 6 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1 whole Large Red Onion, Chopped Small
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Minced, Or Anything HotMom Would Use Peruvian Spicy Paste Or Tabasco (optional, It's Good Either Way)
- 1 cup Cilantro, Minced
- 1/2 cups White Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Kosher Salt, Or To Taste
- Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Easy, right?
- Then serve.

- Note: you can have pica pica with a lot of things.
- Tortilla chips, with rice, meat, soups (chicken soup), or whatever you feel like adding it on to.
