Carrot Shirishiri
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Egg
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 tsp Mentsuyu
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Peel the carrots and slice thinly with a slicer or knife.
- This is the slicer I used.
- Drain the tuna well of its oil.
- Beat the egg.
- Cook the carrots in a frying pan.
- When they have wilted, add the tuna.
- Add the egg from Step 3 and cook until the egg becomes crumbly.
- Season with salt, pepper, and mentsuyu (adjust to taste).
- Plate and enjoy!
