Carrot Shirishiri

  1. Peel the carrots and slice thinly with a slicer or knife.
  2. This is the slicer I used.
  3. Drain the tuna well of its oil.
  4. Beat the egg.
  5. Cook the carrots in a frying pan.
  6. When they have wilted, add the tuna.
  7. Add the egg from Step 3 and cook until the egg becomes crumbly.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and mentsuyu (adjust to taste).
  9. Plate and enjoy!
