Beef Rib Stew (semur iga sapi)

  1. Seasoning paste: crush garlics, spring onions, chilies, and salt until mix well.
  2. Put olive oil and cook the seasoning paste until the color changes and fragrant.
  3. Add water and stir well.
  4. Put the other ingredients and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. After that, put in the beef rib and potatoes.
  6. Cook until the beef rib and potatoes are soft (check with fork or knife).
  7. Serve with fried onion on the top.
