Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 lbs pork tenderloin
- Mix all ingredients but pork in zip-lock bag.
- Add pork and turn to coat.
- Chill and marinate at least 2 hours.
- Discard marinade and roast at 350F for 40 minute or until meat reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
