Asian Inspired Pan Rushed Pork Chops

  1. Combinemarinade and let sit with chops 1/2 hour to overnight
  2. Save some marinade for the sauce
  3. Preheat pan on high heat
  4. Heat oil
  5. Sear chops on high heat for 2 minutes each side Or until golden brown
  6. Simmer the rest of the marinade with sauce ingredients until it starts to thicken
  7. Put in a roasting pan or pan with sides along with the pork
  8. Cook in oven (covered) for 7-9 minutes or until they reach 145F
  9. Put it on a plate, tented with tin-foil for a few minutes before serving
