Asian Inspired Pan Rushed Pork Chops
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 sprinkle of peppet or steak sauce
- 1 tsp oregeno
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine, rice and cider vinegars
- 1 dash turmeric
- 1/4 bell peppet
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp ginger marmalade
- 1/4 tsp corn starch
- 4 -6 pork chops
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Combinemarinade and let sit with chops 1/2 hour to overnight
- Save some marinade for the sauce
- Preheat pan on high heat
- Heat oil
- Sear chops on high heat for 2 minutes each side Or until golden brown
- Simmer the rest of the marinade with sauce ingredients until it starts to thicken
- Put in a roasting pan or pan with sides along with the pork
- Cook in oven (covered) for 7-9 minutes or until they reach 145F
- Put it on a plate, tented with tin-foil for a few minutes before serving
