Portobello mushroom pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Wash mushroom and remove gills.
  4. Spread pesto inside mushroom.
  5. Then layer on tomato slices and cheese.
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is golden.
