Portobello mushroom pizza
- 1 Portobello mushroom cap
- 1 tbsp heaping - pesto
- 1/2 tomato, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp heaping - shredded parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Wash mushroom and remove gills.
- Spread pesto inside mushroom.
- Then layer on tomato slices and cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is golden.
