Queso blanco
- 1 1/2 liter whole milk
- 2 tbsp apple (or white) vinegar
- 5 tsp salt
- Bring the milk to boiling point and add the vinegar and the salt.
- Set the cloth on a strainer and put the strainer in the sink.
- Once milk separates into watery part and solid part, pour over the strainer.
- Before all the water runs out put the cheese in a recipient wih some of the water (abiut a finger of it).
- Let it cool and then put into the fridge.
- Serve cold with seasoned with olive oil, pepper (black or white) and st just in case you think it needs more.
- Can also be served as the topinf od a few tomato slices.
