Pull Pork Sandwich.

  1. Preheat oven to 150C
  2. Mix together salt, pepper, paprika, BBQ spice
  3. Rub 50g butter all over the pork followed by the spices you mixed together
  4. Put in roasting dish with lid
  5. Roast for 3 hours covered
  6. Turn oven up to 220C and roast for another hour
  7. Pour the meat juices into a separate bowl
  8. Take lid off and roast for 30 minutes
  9. Then rest the meat covered for 30min
  10. Braise the onions till light brown
  11. Skim the fat off the meat juices
  12. Place the remaining juices in a pot and bring to the boil
  13. Add the onions and the diced tomato then boil over medium heat for 20 minutes
  14. Liquidise with speed stick
  15. Mix together the milk with brown onion soup mix and add to gravy
  16. Add bovril and spice for mince, boil over medium heat stirring regularly for 15 minutes
  17. Add 50 grams butter and turn off heat
  18. Use a fork and shred pork with a pulling motion
  19. Mix gravy and pulled pork together
  20. Put sliced tomato on the rolls followed by the pork
  21. Mix together the cheese, melt in microwave and pour over pork
