Mediterranean Pizza with Goat Cheese and Olives
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/2 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) fully cooked turkey sausage links, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook 15 to 20 min.
- or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Cool slightly.
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Spread pizza crust with pasta sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge of crust; top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until edge of crust is golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
