Peanut Butter Cup Pie Recipe
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounce. softened cream cheese
- 8 ounce. whipped topping
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. miniature chocolate morsels
- Prick bottom and sides of pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 min.
- Set aside to cold.
- Combine next 7 ingredients, beat on medium speed till well blended.
- Pour chocolate mix into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Remove from oven and let cold.
- Combine cream cheese, whipped topping, peanut butter, powdered sugar and 1 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Mix till smooth.
- Spread over chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle with chocolate morsels.
- Refrigeratewell.
