Christmassy Nutella Brownie Souffles
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tbsp Brown sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 180 grams Nutella
- 250 grams Mix of Semi Seeet Chocolate and dark chocolate
- Whip egg whites until stiff peak forms
- Melt the chocolate and nutella
- Mix the yolks with the melted chocolatey mixture
- Fold the egg whites and the yolk mixture
- Preheat oven at Two Hundred DegreesCelsius
- Put the mixture into ramekins
- Sprinkle the brown sugar to add crispness and chew to the baked "muffin top", the key of a good souffle.
- This is also the step where the brownie comes through.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the souffle puffs up and starts to crack
- Never let a souffle cool, serve immediately
- Enjoy!
