Spanish Fly
- 1 lime wedge
- Granulated sugar
- Ice
- 2 ounces Agavero tequila liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce chilled cava
- Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lime wedge and coat lightly with sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients except the cava.
- Shake well, strain into the martini glass and top with the cava.
