Asparagus Casserole

  1. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, cracker crumbs, pimiento, cheese and milk.
  2. Fold in asparagus.
  3. Pour into greased or sprayed 1 1/2 qt.
  4. casserole dish.
  5. Pour butter over top.
  6. Bake@ 350F for 30 minutes or until custard has set.
  7. You can assemble this casserole ahead of time and refrigerate until baking just before meal time.
