Barbecue Pulled Chicken
- 2 whole Bone-in Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 dashes Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 dash Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Diced Onion
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- Remove skin from chicken breast, but leave in bones to be remove later (they add flavor).
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and add all ingredients to your slow cooker.
- Cook on high for about 4-5 hours.
- Remove bones from chicken with tongs (if it is done they should come out easily), and shred with 2 forks.
- Serve on buns or on tortillas!
