Cheesy Slow Cooker White Chili
- 3 (15 ounce) cans great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 pounds cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can yellow corn, drained
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can white corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Stir beans, chicken, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, green chilies, yellow corn, white corn, Monterey Jack cheese, pepperjack cheese, sour cream, cumin, garlic, white pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low, stirring occasionally, 3 to 4 hours.
