Potato & Dumpling Soup Recipe

  1. Combine soup ingredients, except lowfat milk and cook together till tender.
  2. Then add in the dumplings while the soup boils.
  3. Add in lowfat milk; heat thoroughly and serve.
  4. To make dumplings, combine ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.
  5. The batter will resemble cheese curds.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling soup.
