Juicee's Bbq'd spareribs from the crock pot

  1. Preheat pot on your slow cooker on high heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add half of the spare ribs & brown on all sides.
  3. Do the same to the 2nd half of the ribs.
  4. Return all ribs to crock pot.
  5. Deglaze your pan with water, or white wine & add that to pot over the ribs.
  6. In mixing bowl, combine onions, celery, catsup, water, lemon juice, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper; mix well.
  7. Pour over ribs.
  8. Cover pot & simmer ribs on' medium setting for about 5, or 6 hours.
  9. Or if u cook them on a higher setting, you can cook them for less time.
  10. Maybe 2 hours less.
  11. I serve mine with baked mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, & cole slaw
