Juicee's Bbq'd spareribs from the crock pot
- 3 lb Country style spareribs
- 1/4 cup Chopped onions
- 1/2 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Catsup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Preheat pot on your slow cooker on high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add half of the spare ribs & brown on all sides.
- Do the same to the 2nd half of the ribs.
- Return all ribs to crock pot.
- Deglaze your pan with water, or white wine & add that to pot over the ribs.
- In mixing bowl, combine onions, celery, catsup, water, lemon juice, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper; mix well.
- Pour over ribs.
- Cover pot & simmer ribs on' medium setting for about 5, or 6 hours.
- Or if u cook them on a higher setting, you can cook them for less time.
- Maybe 2 hours less.
- I serve mine with baked mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, & cole slaw
