Spicy Spears

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  2. Slice potatos into bite sized wedge pieces and place into large bowl.
  3. Add oil, and spices to bowl and toss with clean hands, or a utensil of you like best.
  4. Spread evenly on baking sheet and and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Turn once and bake additionally for 15 minutes, or until egdes are crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and top with cheese.
