Sesame Shrimp and Fruit Salad

  1. Toss the shrimp and onion with 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette; refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide salad greens among 4 cold plates.
  3. Divide the shrimp-onion mixture among the plates.
  4. Top with the fruit salad and raspberries.
  5. Sprinkle the black sesame seeds over all.
  6. Serve the remaining dressing on the side.
