Apricot Baked Ham Recipe

  1. Score the surface of the ham with shallow diamond-shaped cuts.
  2. Insert cloves in cuts.
  3. Combine preserves and mustard; spread over ham.
  4. Pat brown sugar over apricot mix.
  5. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20 min per lb.
  7. or possibly till ham is heated through and thermometer reads 140 degrees F. 12 srv
