Apricot Baked Ham Recipe
- 6 lb ham, rump half -- fully cooked
- 20 whl cloves
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves
- 3 Tbsp. mustard pwdr
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar -- packed
- Score the surface of the ham with shallow diamond-shaped cuts.
- Insert cloves in cuts.
- Combine preserves and mustard; spread over ham.
- Pat brown sugar over apricot mix.
- Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20 min per lb.
- or possibly till ham is heated through and thermometer reads 140 degrees F. 12 srv
