Turkey Trizza
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 2 c. cut up leftover turkey
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- Mix water and yeast until yeast is dissolved.
- Add Bisquick and knead until smooth, about 20 times.
- Place dough in rectangle (15 x 11-inch) pan.
- Pinch edge of dough to form edge about 1/2-inch high.
- Melt butter in skillet and saute green pepper. Stir in cans of soup and add turkey.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Pour onto crust.
- Top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in 425u0b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly. Onion, broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus and a number of other toppings can be added if desired.
