Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

  1. Cover meat with water in large kettle.
  2. Add in salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
  3. Bring to boil while preparing vegetables.
  4. Add in vegetables and simmer at least 2 1/2 hrs.
  5. Remove meat and bay leaves.
  6. Cut meat into bite size pcs.
  7. Add in to kettle.
  8. Add in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon cube.
  9. Simmer for 1/2 hour longer and serve warm.
