Easy Veggie Salad with Yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp.
- 5
- 8 oz. low-fat (1%) yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1 fresh peach
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Toss broccoli, corn, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce and cheese in a bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over salad.
- Enjoy with TRISCUITS.
- Complement salad with yogurt and a peach.
- Serve a glass of water with the meal.
