Elderflower Ginger Fizz

• 1 1/2 oz. St-Germain
• 1 oz. ginger syrup
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 4 oz. Champagne
• 2 maraschino cherries

1. Pour the St-Germain into a Champagne flute.
2. Add the ginger syrup and lemon juice and stir to combine.
3. Top with Champagne and garnish with the maraschino cherries.
