Vegemite Asian Prawn Skewers

  1. SOAK the skewers in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Combine the Vegemite with the garlic, ginger, oils, coriander and chilli sauce to form a marinade.
  3. THREAD each prawn along the length of a bamboo skewer.
  4. Brush well with the marinade and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  5. BARBECUE the prawns over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with barbecued vegetables.
