Drumstick Dessert Recipe

  1. Mix vanilla wafers, 2/3 c. peanuts, and butter together.
  2. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
  3. Cold.
  4. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar till smooth.
  5. Mix in 2 c. Cold Whip.
  6. Layer over crumb mix and chill.
  7. MEANWHILE, mix pudding and lowfat milk together.
  8. Pour over layers in pan; chill till set.
  9. Spread remaining 2 c. Cold Whip over pudding.
  10. Top with remaining peanuts.
  11. Grate chocolate candy bar over top.
  12. Cover and place in freezer.
  13. May be served directly from freezer.
