Fresh pasta for ravioli

  1. Put the whole eggs , egg yolks and turmeric in a bowl or in a blender and mix
  2. Add the flours and work the 'dough
  3. Put the dough in plastic bag or better in a vaccum bag and let stand for a few hours
  4. Roll out the dough with a dough roller
  5. This pasta is quite tough so it is difficult knead by hand and roll out with a rolling pin
