Pork Chops and Rice
- 1 stick Butter
- 3 pounds Pork Chops
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2- 1/2 cups Instant White Rice
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Celery Soup
- Melt butter in a small pan.
- Heat your oven up on Broil setting.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over pork chops.
- Place on a rimmed cookie sheet.
- Pour butter over the pork chops.
- Broil until lightly brown.
- Turn over and do the same on other side.
- Remove from oven.
- Change your oven setting to 350F.
- Spray some cooking spray in a baking dish (the size of a cake pan).
- Add rice, water and the soup to the baking dish and stir until well mixed.
- Place porkchops in the rice (try to cover the chops with rice mixture as much as possible.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour and thirty minutes.
