Pico de Gallo
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 serrano (finely chopped)
- 2 large roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1/3 bunch cilantro (leaves finely chopped)
- 2 small limes (juiced)
- 1/4 tsp salt (or more to taste)
- Add chopped chile and onion to a medium size mixing bowl and mix well to incorporate well.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cilantro.
- Mix well.
- Add the lime juice.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
