Barbecue-Glazed Salmon
- 1 qt. Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1 qt. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup guava juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 32 each skinless salmonfillets (1/2 lb./225 g each)
- Cook barbecue sauces, juices and curry powder in saucepan on medium heat until heated through.
- (Do not exceed 160 degrees F.) Cool.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Place fish in greased or parchment-lined full-sheet pans (or in greased half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Brush each fillet with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the sauce.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 18 to 20 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
