Chocolate Caramel Ice Cream Sauce Recipe
- 5.5 ounce. can Hershey's syrup (1/2)
- 20 light caramels
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Place all ingredients in a small microwave bowl.
- Microwave on high (full power) for 2 to 2 1/2 min or possibly till caramels are soft.
- Stir till caramels are melted and blended.
- (Maybe necessary to cook a few more seconds to heat the caramels.)
- Serve hot over ice cream.
