Herbed Oven Fried Fish Fillets Recipe

  2. Wash fish and pat dry.
  3. Cut into serving pcs, dip fish first in lowfat milk, then in mix of flour, salt, basil and chervil.

  5. Add in the egg to remaining lowfat milk.
  6. Add in the crumbs, to remaining flour mix.

  8. Dip fish pcs into lowfat milk/egg mix, then into flour/crumb mix.
  9. Place into buttered baking dish.
  10. Drizzle with melted butter.
  11. 4.
  12. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till fish flakes when probed with a fork.
  13. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
  14. Serve immediately.
  15. Preparation time: 10 min.
  16. Baking time: 10 min.
  17. Serves 4.
