Peanut Butter Pudding Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 c. minced peanuts
- 1 c. flour
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. 10X sugar
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk
- First Layer: Blend butter and flour together.
- Fold in nuts.
- Press in bottom of 9 x 11 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Second Layer: Cream together cream cheese and peanut butter; add in sugar and mix well.
- Blend in Cold Whip.
- Third Layer: Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with lowfat milk.
- Pour over second layer.
- When set cover with Cold Whip.
