Ham Kabobs Recipe

  1. Combine preserves, ketchup, and soy sauce.
  2. One eight 12 inch skewers, alternate ham, pepper, onions, pineapple, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  3. Broil kabobs till browned on all sides, basting with preserve mix.
  4. Serve over rice.
  5. Garnish with remaining pineapple chunks.
  6. Serves 4.
