VELVEETA Spicy Corn Dip
- 450 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 3 cups)
- 1 can (12 fl oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red and green peppers
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded, finely chopped
- Mix Velveeta and corn in large microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on MEDIUM 3 to 4 min.
- or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve hot with Christie Wheat Thins Crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
