Smothered Chicken With Beef Recipe

  1. NOTE: Don't SALT CHICKEN - BEEF IS SALTY!
  2. Line bottom of baking dish with dry beef.
  3. Lay breasts over the beef.
  4. Pour the mix of soup and lowfat sour cream over breasts.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Cook slowly at 250 degrees for about 4 hrs.
  7. Serve with rice (optional)
