Kulich Bread

• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tablespoons bread flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 each liquid egg substitute
• 2 tablespoons raisins, seedless
• 2 tablespoons cherries dried
• 2 tablespoons fruit mix dried
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest dried
• 2 tablespoons almonds toasted
• 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry

1. Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
